These terms govern your use of JustBot. By creating an account or a bot, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to use JustBot. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you’re confirming you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including anything a teammate you’ve invited does. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
A bot acts on your behalf using the credentials and permissions you give it. You’re responsible for the accounts and tools you connect a bot to, and for the actions you approve. Connecting a bot to a third-party app doesn’t change your obligations under that app’s own terms — JustBot isn’t a party to them. Use of JustBot is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal use and abuse of the apps a bot connects to.
You own the content your bots create. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it only as needed to run the service. We process it under the terms of our Privacy Policy and don’t sell it.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don’t refund partial periods except where the law requires it. We may change prices going forward with notice before your next renewal.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that we reasonably believe puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using JustBot and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — billing for usage already incurred, liability, and dispute resolution — do.
JustBot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that a bot’s actions will be error-free, that third-party apps a bot depends on will be available, or that the service will meet every requirement of your specific use case.
To the extent the law allows, JustBot isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions a bot takes with your explicit approval. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You’ll defend and hold JustBot harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, including claims from a third-party app you connected a bot to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We’ll post updates here and change the date above. If a change is material, we’ll email the address on your account before it takes effect; continued use after that means you accept the change.
